Brian Henderson is the Principal and Founding Partner of High Seas Partners, a private capital placement and business development advisory firm that matches accredited investors with private early growth stage companies and investment funds, and provides strategic business development guidance. He has directed business development for Surf Air, a startup airline he helped launch in Los Angeles. Between 2006 and 2012, he served in finance roles for Governor Mitt Romney’s two presidential campaigns. Earlier, he led public private partnerships for the Economic Development Corp. of Utah.
Mr. Henderson holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and an MBA and BA in International Studies from Brigham Young University. He serves as a course assistant for Gary Orren’s famous Harvard course “Persuasion: The Science and Art of Effective Influence”. He has been a presenter at many entrepreneurial conferences, including the Harvard Social Enterprise Conference, and is known for his presentations on professional networking best practices and learning to be more persuasive.
